# What is NFTFY?

NFTFY was developed to solve the main problems of the NFT ecosystem (including low liquidity, investment risk, and asset monetization) through NFT fractionalization. 

The protocol works as a Decentralized Application (DApp), generating ERC20 compatible fractions fully pegged to NFTs.
